Susan Lisovicz Out at CNN

SL_1.15.jpgTVNewser has learned CNN’s longtime correspondent at the New York Stock Exchange, Susan Lisovicz, is leaving the network.

A CNN insider tells us Lisovicz told colleagues last week that she will be leaving the network after her contract was not renewed.

Lisovicz was CNN’s primary correspondent on the stock market. She also reported for CNN International, HLN and CNN Radio. Prior to CNN, Lisovicz was a correspondent and anchor at CNBC.

It’s not known who will take over at the NYSE but a CNN spokesperson tells TVNewser, “CNN maintains its commitment to business news and will maintain a presence at the NYSE.”

Can We Just All Agree That Getting Warren Buffett is no Longer “Exclusive?”

CNBC has been calling Becky Quick‘s upcoming interview with Warren Buffett an exclusive.

Turns out FBN’s Liz Claman, who was the go-to Buffett reporter when she was at CNBC, has a live interview with Buffett at NoonET. CBS’ The Early Show will also talk to Buffett who is in New York for his annual charity luncheon at Smith & Wollensky.

For what it’s worth, when CNBC teased the segment at 11:28amET they called it a “First on CNBC interview.”

> More from CNN: Susan Lisovicz is also taping an interview with Buffett today that will air in the 2pm hour on both CNN and CNN International.
