Talk of the Sunday Talkers

This morning on the Sunday morning talk shows, a few different topics garnered the most attention. Politico’s Lisa Lerer writes about the “Clintonites” who appeared on the Sunday talk shows to discuss Sen. Hillary Clinton‘s “assassination” comment. Howard Wolfson appeared on CBS’ Face the Nation, Terry McAuliffe was on FOX News Sunday and Jane Harmon was on CNN’s Late Edition.

Karl Rove also appeared this morning, to comment on the Judiciary committee subpoena. The FNC contributor did not appear on the FOX program, however, as he was interviewed by George Stephanopoulos for ABC’s This Week.

None of the three candidates for president appeared this week, but with Clinton’s comment making headlines it raises the question of who will be the first to get a sit-down with the senator from New York.
