Thanks To Joran, Greta #1 In Demo

Last week, Primetime’s exclusive interview with Joran van der Sloot gave the ABC newsmagazine its highest ratings in almost three years.

Now FNC’s Greta Van Susteren is benefiting from the Joran effect: Wednesday’s On The Record interview with the Natalee Holloway person of interest gave Greta the highest demo ratings in all of cable news. The program averaged 497,000 viewers in the 25-54 demo, topping The O’Reilly Factor and all the rest. In total viewers, Greta was second with 2,121,000 viewers — substantially above her recent nightly numbers, but still 200,000 short of O’Reilly.
