Last December, Steve Capus said Dateline was going to take the format of To Catch A Predator “and apply it to other topics that have nothing to do with sexual predators.”

It’s an hour-long hidden camera investigation titled “Wild Bill: Breaking and Entering,” reported by Rob Stafford and airing on Sunday, March 4 at 7pm. “He attempts to steal a car, break into a home, and then a hotel room and — in one of the most jaw-dropping moments — with the permission of their parents, he tries to lure unsuspecting children playing at the park to his car…”
