> CNBC anchor Donny Deutsch is profiled in this month’s Pennsylvania Gazette, the magazine of his alma mater, the University of Pennsylvania. The lengthy feature article portrays the anchor in a, well, mixed light. “Welcome to the in-your-face, candid, self-referential, unapologetic and (arguably) occasionally schmucky world of Donny Deutsch,” writes Jordana Horn toward the beginning of the cover story.
> Marketwatch’s Jon Friedman profiles CBS News’ Anthony Mason, who Friedman describes as a “master storyteller,” as a correspondent. “What makes Mason stand out further is that he weaves interesting tales about the arcane world of business and finance,” writes Friedman.
> FNC’s Greta Van Susteren writes on her blog, Gretawire, about a tip she received at the Madison, Wisconsin airport. She writes a uniformed employee came up to her and said, “You did not hear this from me but we can’t watch Fox in this airport…we are not allowed to but we sneak it in an office…we can only have the other cables on the airport televisions…by direction of one of the members of the Board of County supervisors…”
