An Alaska TVNewser tipster (that would be our first) tells us the local CBS affiliate has dug up video of Gov. Sarah Palin, anchoring a sports segment at the station in 1989. The big sports stories this day: Pete Rose‘s alleged betting on baseball and the NCAA Final Four. The tipster also writes, “Palin was the sports reporter on the day the Exxon Valdez ran aground.”
