Today’s Natalie Morales Pregnant

NBC’s Natalie Morales and her husband Joe Rhodes, are expecting their second child. “We’re really excited!” Morales said in a story postd on the Today show’s website. “It’s truly a blessing.” Morales is due Sept. 16, which means she won’t be covering the Olympics in Beijing (as she did in Torino) or the political conventions in late August.

It’s a bit of a baby boom at NBC/MSNBC. Today’s Giada De Laurentiis is expecting her first child next month and MSNBC’s Norah O’Donnell, who gave birth to twins last May, is due to give birth in July.
