Translating Legal Skills To Television

Fox News reporter Megyn Kendall is one of just two reporters on The Hill’s latest list of the 50 Most Beautiful People in D.C, FishBowlDC notes.

“As an associate at Jones Day, Kendall worked in Chicago, New York and Washington, litigating cases on behalf of the firm’s clients.” When she became tired of slaving away “50 hours a week, 50 weeks a year,” she stormed into WJLA-TV and “snagged a chance to work one day a week.”

“The things I liked about trying cases translated well to television,” Kendall said. “It’s offering a presentation about a complex topic in a clear and concise way. The good thing about news is that after the 6 o’clock deadline there’s no hanging around to midnight.” Here’s the full story…
