Alley Insider‘s Michael Learmonth writes about a guest who appeared on Fox Business Network today. An FBN reporter in Washington, D.C. talked with “online shopper” Peter Perweiler. But it turns out Perweiler isn’t just any “online shopper.” Learmonth reports he is the marketing manager for the National Retail Federation.
