Woodruff, Vogt Will Be Flown To Landstuhl, Germany “In The Next Few Hours”

David Westin sent an update on Bob and Doug to ABC News staffers at 3:36pm. This is the text:

“Bob and Doug continue to rest in stable condition in Iraq after their surgeries. They remain in serious condition with injuries to the head and, in Bob’s case, injuries to the upper body as well. In the next few hours, they will be flown to U.S. medical facilities in Landstuhl, Germany, where their doctors have told us that they will assess their condition and monitor them closely in the coming days. We will continue to update you as we learn more.”
