A disagreement over gas company profits started the exchange. “You push this populist nonsense that doesn’t make sense, and you get people to believe it,” said Cavuto.
Later in the interview, Cavuto asked, “Why are you yelling at me?” “Because you’re a pinhead,” joked O’Reilly.
