Talked About On Twitter: #Binders Of Women

If you caught the debate last night and have spent any time online today, you undoubtedly have seen many posts poking fun at Romney’s “binders of women” comment.

Well, Twitter went all out (as expected) and we have some favorites to share.

When asked about pay equity for women, Romney launched into his recollection of wanting to hire women for his cabinet in Massachusetts and not getting any female applicants for these  positions.

Romney said he “went to a number of women’s groups and said, ‘Can you help us find folks?’ and they brought us whole binders full of women.”

And while this “binder” story isn’t even true, Romney can be credited for causing all kinds of hilarity to ensue on Twitter and Facebook.

Though Facebook probably had Twitter beat with this image:

You can find more really funny tweets by checking out the #binder hashtag and also #mockthevote (my new favorite).

What was your favorite binder or debate tweet? Share it in the comments!
