Heads Up, Power Tweeters: Twitter Now Supports 1,000 Lists With 5,000 Contacts

This just in: Twitter has announced that it’s updating its List feature, amping up each user’s capacity to support up to 1,000 lists with a maximum of 5,000 accounts in each.

Until now, Twitter has only allowed up to 20 lists per user account and each was limited to 500 usernames.

One outcome of the democracy that is Twitter is the existence of accounts like this one: @TeaPuns, whose followers are treated to just that – puns about all things tea, in addition to the occasional non-humorous, tea-related tidbit.

55% Of Advertisers Are Spending More On Social Media In 2013 [STUDY]

The majority of U.S. marketers say that they plan to spend more on mobile and social media marketing in 2013, reveals a new study from the Association Of National Advertisers.

In their 2013 Q1 Member Benchmarking Survey, the ANA discovered that 55 percent of advertisers will increase their social media expenditure this year, while 45 percent will spend the same.
