Four Twitter Predictions For 2013

Tweets Archived In Library Of Congress Will Only Be Accessible By “Known Researchers”

Anyone who thought they could sneak around Twitter’s increasingly restricted API and get at historical and real-time tweets through the archive in the Library of Congress had better think again.
