The last time this happened was on June 21, when there was a worldwide outage for twenty minutes. What is going on with Twitter lately?

Is this the result of another “cascading bug?” Twitter’s status blog assures us that its engineers are working on the issue.

But will the Hacktivist group UGNazi (or some other group) take credit for today’s down time, as they did on June 21?
