The Washington Examiner is reporting that Good Morning America host George Stephanopoulos‘s Georgetown home has sold for close to $1 million less than he and his wife, Ali Wentworth, asked for it. The couple officially moves to Manhattan in mid-June.
Selling price: 5.45 million
Asking price: $6.3 million
“On top of that, [Chevy Chase resident Alan] Adler negotiated a $42,000 contribution at closing from Stephanopoulos for an elevator repair and some minor cosmetic issues.”
