TVNewser: NBC’s “Meet the Press” had a strong first-place showing this week, pulling away from “This Week” by 889K Total Viewers with it’s best number since April 19, 2009.
Among other guests, MSNBC’s Rachel Maddow made her first MTP appearance. This was also a week that Jake Tapper filled in for George Stephanopoulos on ABC and Harry Smith was in for Bob Schieffer on CBS.
“Fox News Sunday” had an additional 1.88M Total Viewers on the FNC replays, bringing their total to 3.09M Total Viewers (946K A25-54) for the day.

NBC “Meet the Press” 3.36M / 1.03M
ABC “This Week” 2.47M / 800K
CBS “Face the Nation” 2.45M / 780K
FOX “Fox News Sunday” 1.21M / 460K
