WaPo’s Kurtz Scolds Palin For Not Reading

NEWSWEEK-SAINT-SARAH-PALIN.jpg

WaPo‘s Howard Kurtz dings former V.P. hopeful Sarah Palin for bashing a Newsweek cover story about herself without reading it first. Few can forget her answer to CBS’s Katie Couric on which newspapers and magazines she specifically reads. (“Um, all of them, any of them that have been in front of me all these years,” Palin replied.)

FNC’s Greta Van Susteren interviewed Palin about Newsweek‘s “St. Sarah” cover. She said she hadn’t read it but reasoned that’s why Newsweek is in trouble.

Kurtz said over Twitter: “My point on Palin is, read the Newsweek piece and then rip it. Rip Newsweek too, fair game. Cover WAS mocking. But engage on the substance.”
