We’ve said it before and we’ll say it again – 2012 was a heck of a year.
The rise of Pinterest, Stop Kony, Facebook’s purchase of Instagram, IPO and billionth user, Twitter’s continued crackdown on third party relationships, the London Olympics, the little matter of a U.S. Presidential Election and Gangnam Style… all of this took place in just twelve months.
And each one of these events was heavily supported by marketing, a huge amount of which took place on and through social media.
