Mary Berner is out at Reader's Digest after a massive board of directors reshuffle. Williams served as the numbers guy for the past two years and previously worked at Affinion Group and AT&T Networks. Penske Media Corp says goodbye to Movieline.com's chief film critic Elvis Mitchell.
