Puzzle in Rupert Murdoch Owned Paper Says ‘Murdoch is Evil’

Crossword

Word find puzzles are the sad, dumb younger brother of the crossword puzzle. The former is Wheel of Fortune; the latter Jeopardy. A word find is for when you feel like using the least amount of brain power possible to accomplish a goal. Therefore the puzzles are rarely worth discussing. Aside from when a word find creator calls Rupert Murdoch evil. In a newspaper owned by Rupert Murdoch.

The puzzle above was published in Australia’s Sunday Telegraph. As the Guardian points out, in the third line of letters down, a section reads “LIVESIHCODRUM.” In reverse that spells “MURDOCHISEVIL.”

Perhaps we should give word finds another chance.
