The massive Time Inc. layoffs that we heard about on January 11 are apparently happening this week. That would put them about a week before schedule, but nonetheless, All Things D cites Time Inc. sources who claim that pink slips — about 700 of them — are going to be handed out any day now.
Add this to the possibility of New York Times layoffs and it’s going to be one long and brutal week.
