As American as Bank of America

baseballmoney.jpg

Bank of America is using the fast approaching 79th Major League Baseball All-Star Game at Yankee Stadium to reach out to New York consumers. BOA is holding promotional activities leading up to the game in hopes that their brand will be fresh in the minds of New Yorkers.

One of the biggest deals among the activities include a free MLB All-Star concert on the Great Lawn in Central Park where Jon Bon Jovi will be performing on July 12. They started to distribute tickets at ball parks on a first come, first serve basis and the bulk of those tickets were be handed out at Yankees Stadium.

BBDO NY is handling the promotions that will be supported by print, radio, online and POP, as well as a new MLB-themed TV commercial.

Here’s hoping America’s favorite past time will send people to Bank of America in need of banking solutions. They should also hand out apple pie.
