AT&T Explains Why You Might Think Their Service Lacks

Meet Seth, the gent in this helpful video from AT&T. Well, it’s not so much helpful as it is informative, but only in that it tells the viewer why AT&T isn’t up to snuff on service. It’s really hard! So hard, in fact, that building up the 3G network has cost upwards of $38 billion.

Maybe it’s time for AT&T to give up its licensing agreement so Verizon can step in and lighten the load. I’m speaking in reference to the iPhone; the device is exclusively available through AT&T as you know, despite the fact that the communications company can’t keep up with demand. We’re not sure what to think of this video, so we’ll leave it up to you to decipher.
