Boutique Call: Intro and Nonbox
In an effort to reach out to those of you who don't slave for the BDAs, we're starting a new feature, right here and right now, that's meant specifically for the small to mid sized shops. Readers, meet Boutique Call. Please don't take the word "boutique" the wrong way it just worked so well in our little double entendre. We hope this feature will go down like this: as often as we can, we'll write brief posts about small to mid-sized shops (one per day, we imagine). The ball is in your court to send us a brief description of your shop, and the key players working there/the clients that pay your kids' college tuition. Here's a real example. Agency/Location: Nonbox, Hales Corners, Wisconsin Founded: 1959 by ad-mogul William Eisner (the shop was called "William Eisner & Associates back in those days), Nonbox was so named by William's son Bill, who took over the agency after his father died in 1990. Clients: On the roster, they've got Coca-Cola, CAT, Adidas, Harley, UNICEF, Scheels and more. So now you know. Tell us about your shop, by e-mailing matt@mediabistro dot com. Previously |
