A source reveals that later today a press release will go out revealing that Breaking Media have hired AdAge Editor Jonah Bloom and Editor at Large Matt Creamer. As of this moment we aren’t sure what their new roles will be, who will replace them or what the implications are for the industry’s longest standing publication.

Yesterday we learned that AdAge’s Creativity-Online redesigned their site, adding a pay wall.

Update: AdAge reports that current Digital Editor Abbey Klaassen will replace Bloom. Bloom will take over as CEO of Breaking Media, a B2B content site housing such blogs as AboveTheLaw, DealBreaker, Fashionista and GoingConcern &#151 sites that are much less traditional than AdAge. DealBreaker has been referred to as the AgencySpy of the business world. Creamer joins Bloom as Executive Editor.
