Disgruntled Guy Sends Message to Old Spice Spokesman via Song

We’ve seen a ton of Old Spice ad parodies ever since Isaiah Mustafa first graced the screen and charmed us all (see here, for example). But while the campaign has been universally well-received over the last year, like everything, it was bound to receive some backlash.

Unfortunately, it comes in the form of this music video called “Old Spice Guy, You Suck” from Mark Yoshimoto Nemcoff, an L.A.-based screenwriter who says that while Mustafa is “awesome in the ads…this song is about his character, not him.” Listen/watch at your own discretion.
