Jen Neal to Join BBDO as CMO

jennealbbdo.jpg

Effective June 1, Jennifer Neal will assume the position of chief marketing officer for BBDO North America. Neal replaces Mark Goldstein, a 5-year BBDO vet who will remain on as vice chairman but says in a statement that he has “been very clear about my desire to work remotely from our home in Naples, FL, where I can enjoy a change in lifestyle and scale back my overall responsibilities, yet still contribute in a very focused way on the areas where BBDO would like me to help the most: crafting RFPs, planning presentations and network new business training.”

Neal, who was previously part of PHD’s management team that ran the New York office and was also worldwide group account director at the Arnell Group, will work closely with BBDO NA’s chairman/CCO David Lubars, BBDO NA deputy chairman Troy Ruhanen and BBDO New York president/CEO John Osborn in her new post.
