Michael Imperioli’s Wise About His Tequila Choice

While the Draftfcb-created Miller Lite spots featuring his Sopranos co-star Frank Vincent drew some ire from the Italian-American community (as The Sopranos itself consistently did), Michael Imperioli tones down the Mafioso shtick for his own boozy role in a new campaign for Proximo’s 1800 Tequila brand.

The sharp-dressed actor still exudes a bit of that tough guy attitude nevertheless as he shows off 1800′s shot top bottle while talking down to rival tequila brand Patron. You can check out the 1800 site to view both spots from the integrated campaign, which was created by Agent16 and cost $15 million but is still an improvement on said agency’s Three Olives effort from a few weeks back.
