This is Microsoft’s English-speaking-folk business productivity site, and this is Microsoft’s Polish-speaking folk business productivity site. Apparently, the latter needed some whitewashing.

Also, the guy in the top image sort of looks like Morgan Freeman, but chubbier. Everyone likes Morgan Freeman, making this move even stranger.
