Nationwide Insurance Goes for McKinney

Hopefully that damn, “Nationwide is on your side” jingle will finally be killed since after a decade, the brand has moved it’s creative and media planning work from TM to Durham N.C. based McKinney.

The last time we heard about McKinney they had picked up the Sherman-Williams account &#151 SW is one of those brands for the ages, always does well and their stock price even jumped a bunch back in October when McK picked ‘em up. Not that that matters anymore &#151 or that they necessarily need the attention. Well who knows. You!

According to DM News, media buying is still up in the air and should be set in stone my mid-summer. UM, the AOR on that part of the business, is still in play.
