Hopefully that damn, “Nationwide is on your side” jingle will finally be killed since after a decade, the brand has moved it’s creative and media planning work from TM to Durham N.C. based McKinney.
The last time we heard about McKinney they had picked up the Sherman-Williams account — SW is one of those brands for the ages, always does well and their stock price even jumped a bunch back in October when McK picked ‘em up. Not that that matters anymore — or that they necessarily need the attention. Well who knows. You!
According to DM News, media buying is still up in the air and should be set in stone my mid-summer. UM, the AOR on that part of the business, is still in play.
