Valspar Goes to Draftfcb

Just a couple of weeks after it was announced that Valspar Paints was putting its creative account into review due to a conflict of interest with the brand’s then-AOR Euro RSCG, sources in the know have confirmed to us that Draftfcb Chicago has nabbed the $35 million account. In the process, the agency beat out other Chi-town shops including Element 79, Ogilvy, Leo Burnett as well as Minneapolis-based ASI Communications. This marks the second notable account win for the Draft network this week following Chips Ahoy!
