Vitrue Hopes to Enable Agencies on Facebook via Free API

agencySignUp.png

Vitrue, the company that worked with Apple a few months back and helped the mega-brand develop an App Store on Facebook, is now lending its services to the agency world with a free API that’s part of its Vitrue Social Relationship Management platform that launched last year.

Agencies are no strangers to SRM, as Vitrue’s platform is being used in some form or another by agencies ranging from 22squared to Leo Burnett to BBDO. With this new API, which you can read more about here, the Atlanta-based company claims that agencies can better manage Facebook Walls through the creation of custom Wall Apps or any Flash-based apps or content directly to the news feeds of their clients’ fans “where reach is 110 times greater.”
