For the last two days, tipsters have been informing us that Schematic has been cutting a handful of staff in offices including Austin and New York. This comes a month after the agency’s Atlanta branch was apparently down to a handful. We called Schematic NY this afternoon and were told curtly by their PR flack (who’ve never been the most forthcoming folks to begin with) that they “had no knowledge” of said layoffs. Hopefully, we’ll know more after the long weekend.
