What’s Sprint Building in Times Square?

Above is another billboard we saw in Times Square today. Sprint has had this board up for a few weeks, but the white scaffold you see here wasn’t there. Um, we already know what the phone itself looks like, so either someone ran out of money or something is going to be built on top of it.
