DotEpub, a tool you can use to convert webpages to Epub, has just gotten an update with several major improvements.
First, you now have the option of keeping images during the conversion. Images had been dropped before because of size concerns; they took too long to upload and download. The latest release does not work in IE and the Chrome Extension might not work in Chrome for Mac. But the developer behind DotEpub has worked out a way to use the tool from your iPad, iPhone, or iTouch.
I’ve tried it and it works. Now you’ll be able to start reading in Safari and continue reading in an app. I’ve wanted that for the longest time, myself.
