Fantasy & Science Fiction magazine, a literary magazine dedicated to the genre that opened its doors in 1949, is now available exclusively in the Kindle Store. Amazon is giving away a free subscription to the digest edition of the bimonthly magazine.
The magazine is the original publisher of classics by a variety of authors including Stephen King, Daniel Keyes and Kurt Vonnegut. Fantasy & Science Fiction even counts author Stephen King as a fan. According to the Amazon press release, King stated: “This is the best fiction magazine in America. Kindle readers are in luck.”
A subscription to the extended edition of the magazine is available for $12 a year and includes everything in the digest edition as well as additional short stories and novelettes. Individual issues of the extended edition are available for $2.99.
