I’ve never been a fan of using augmented reality in ebooks, but this particular trick makes me smile.

Johnson & Johnson has just released a new augmented reality app for iPhone and iPad. If you use the app to scan one of their new line of band-aids, you’ll see a funny video starring Miss Piggy, Kermit or Gonzo.

What’s more, the videos are interactive. You can try to knock Kermit off his swing or try to get Gonzo unstuck from his suction cups. The app is free in iTunes.
