Plastic Logic Shows Off Que Store

Following up the Que unveiling at CES, Plastic Logic posted this video this week to advertise the Que store. It’s very slick, with a smooth jazz track in the background as swanky, design-heavy images of and about the Que store scroll by for almost two minutes.

You won’t find out much you don’t already know about how content stores work on eReaders, but what’s interesting to note is the heavy emphasis Plastic Logic is placing on its notion of “business content,” even though it’s really the same stuff–newspapers, books, things from the Web–that’s available on other eReaders, especially the Kindle. But clearly Plastic Logic wants us to think of the device as fast, seamless, and high-powered.
