Pranks Gone WildThere's a little prank taking place over at Foreign Policy magazine... In the afterglow of their National Magazine Award win, two staffers played a practical joke on Managing Editor Will Dobson. They scaled the Mass Ave. building and stuck a half-dozen suction cup Garfield cats on the outside of Will's fifth-floor office window. And, now, it's all anyone can talk about over at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace: How did they do it? When did they do it? And, of course, why Garfield?!?
