DC's Promiscuous JournalistsUsing the so-called Slut-o-Meter and the Washingtonian's list of 50 Best Journalists, we've determined the "promiscuity" of area journalists. Cuz, well, why not. The formula works by comparing the number of Google "safe search" results on a particular subject with the number of normal Google search results. For example, if a search on a particular subject returned 5 "safe search" results and 10 normal search results, that person is considered 50 percent promiscuous. By this formula, the Top Ten Most Promiscuous Journalists in DC are as follows ("Popularity" indicates the number of times the subject has been run through the Slut-o-Meter): 1. Michael Isikoff 2. Howard Kurtz 3. Seymour Hersh 4. Bob Woodward 5. Brit Hume 6. Tim Russert 7. Mike Wilbon 8. David Martin 9. Tony Mauro 10.
