WaPo's Health Section Thinks They're FatConsider this email sent out by them (emph. added): ---------- Forwarded message ---------- Could You Be Thin-Fat? His team analyzed data collected by the federal government about more than 2,000 adults who were considered lean based on their BMIs. It turns out that more than half of them had too much body fat. For men, that means at least 20 percent of their body weight was fat. For women, it's at least a third. So what are we doing in the Health section? Using a simple body fat monitor to see what percentage of our weight comes from fat.
