A POTUS For WHNPA
With word that President Bush will be the first POTUS to attend the annual White House News Photographers’ Association dinner this weekend, the organization is encouraging attendees of the black tie gala to arrive early for the added security checks.
The “Eyes of History” dinner at the Ritz-Carlton comes the same weekend as the group’s annual golf tourney and the opening of its “Eyes of History” exhibition of photographs at the Corcoran College of Art + Design, which features the winners of this year’s annual contest–including the work of 2005′s photog of the year, Andrea Bruce Woodall from the Post.
