      Richardson: I have been to the United Nations, I have been a special envoy. I have been Secretary of Energy. I have dealt with issues that are very important today. National security, immigration, energy. I’m a governor. We balance budgets. We have had a successful governorship. I’m from the Southwest, that is a primary area for the Democrats. I’m Hispanic, which I believe is an asset, but I’m not running as a Hispanic, I’m running as an American proud to be a Hispanic.
