Ailes Lands Favorable Profile in NYT

0_61_Ailes_Roger.jpgFox News President Roger Ailes received a most favorable profile in the NYT Saturday, a newspaper long accused of being too liberal for Republicans in Congress to even read.

Ailes reasons his credo, “God, country, family,” have led to the success of Fox News.

The story appeared online Saturday and will be in the Sunday print edition.

Though the story insinuates that Ailes can be a bully and a pariah in Rupert Murdoch family circles, it’s one positive graph after another about how powerfully successful Ailes is.

Even Democratic strategist James Carville thinks so.

“If he were a Democrat, I think there would be 67 Democratic senators right now. In terms of the news business, the cable television business, and the political business, there is him and then there is everybody else.”
