Their names aren’t Danny and Sandy. And though neither Autumn nor Jim VandeHei can recall the name of the Lebanese restaurant they went to on their first date, it was a drive to the Shenandoah mountains, a friends-only date, during which she realized Jim was the one.

Another couple featured in the feature is Amy and Bret Baier, an FNC anchor. Unlike the VandeHeis, the Baiers met on a blind date – a Rolling Stones concert.
