Cheney’s Lifeline: Brit Hume
Brit Hume has scored perhaps the “Get” of the year: Dick Cheney this afternoon, evidently following the advice of the National Review. Exclusive, tonight at 6 p.m. ET. The interview will happen at 2 p.m. and Fox told the AP that excerpts would be aired before 6 tonight. Hotline says, “In A Box? Go On Fox.”
No word on the ground rules or the questions. Will the interview only focus on the shooting or will be range further to talk about Scooter Libby and Valerie Plame, as well as Iraq, Iran, and everything else? Will this be Cheney’s “60 Minutes” moment?
