Chuck and Savannah’s “Daily Rundown” Coming to MSNBC Morning

They blog, they tweet, they’re on Facebook, all as they report for “Today,” “Nightly” and MSNBC on the biggest beat in Washington.

And now, NBC White House correspodents Chuck Todd and Savannah Guthrie will ring in the new year with a new show on MSNBC.

“Daily Rundown” will take over the 9am hour following “Morning Joe.” It’s speculated that the second hour of Dylan Ratigan‘s “Morning Meeting” will move to the afternoon as a lead in to Chris Matthews‘ “Hardball.”

“It fits the rhythm of our day,” Todd, who is also NBC’s political director in addition to chief White House correspondent, told WaPo‘s Howard Kurtz.

Ratigan will move to the 4pm hour and “The Dylan Ratigan Show” also debuts on the 11th. David Shuster and Tamron Hall, who anchored from 3-5pm, will remain MSNBC dayside anchors.
