Corn & Isikoff on Susan Glasser

From Q&A Cafe:

ISIKOFF: There had been a lot of talk about [troubles with Glasser]. … But I really don’t want to talk about it.

(because Isikoff’s wife, Mary Ann Akers, works for washingtonpost.com)

CORN: That is the sort of thing that before it happens, you see the complaints in media columns about it. You know, the Post has a pretty big newsroom. If people feel aggrieved about any newsroom, there are people who cover the media who are very quick to report on what’s going on within the Post and there were signs about unhappiness. Whether the unhappiness was legitimate, you don’t really know until a final decision is made.

Also: Mi-mi-Mi-Calderona also heard a lot of the same stuff that Erik Wemple and I heard re: yesterday’s WaPo National desk meeting.
