Deep Throat Revealed (not really)

Journalism aficionados of all sorts will be interested in the new UT exhibit of Woodward and Bernstein’s papers, unveiled today. The exhibit features highlights from more than 75 boxes of reporting detritus that UT bought from the two intrepid Post reporters for $5 million last year, including their coverage of the original Watergate scandal, the book and movie versions of “All the President’s Men,” and from the writing of “The Final Days.”

Collection highlights can be seen here. Fishbowl’s favorite is Woodward’s original notes from the burglar’s arraignment.

The one thing you won’t find? Deep Throat’s identity. However that mystery appears to have solved by Historian Adrian Havill today (via Romenesko). Phew.
